Due to the nature of the business, I do not travel.
No! Your fee will cover the cost of salary, benefits, office space, equipment, scanning, e- mailing, unlimited calls throughout the United States.
**Local Clients: Any local travel needed will be charged a separate fee
Nope! You will only be charged for the plan you choose and any overage hours, if any.
Yes, I offer hourly rate services. However, I also provide monthly plans at a discounted rate as well.
At the end of each week I send you a Retainer Summary via email and this will show you the hours used and remaining for that month so you will know ahead of time.
If you go over, you will be charged by the hour for the additional hours.
This is a good time to go over your package and discuss upgrading your service package
No, I have what is called a Use or Lose Policy. I want to encourage all of my clients to utilize me as best they can, so I will send an e-mail each week letting you know how many hours you have left for the month, so you can send me more projects you need taken care of. This policy is the benefit of both myself and the client, as it helps prevent scheduling conflicts and better time-management all around. You will also have the opportunity to upgrade or downgrade your service each month, so depending on your workload we can change it to fit your needs before the next billing cycle.
Communication is key and I let the client determine what their preferred method of communication is, whether it be phone, text, e-mail, Skype, Zoom, Google Meet or any other form.
Services are on a month to month basis and all I ask is you give me a 30 day notice prior to your next billing cycle.
